These terms apply when you book a seat, cabin or meeting room at QUIET WORK 101, 101 DNK Square, Airport Road, Viman Nagar, Pune. By making a booking you agree to the terms below.

Bookings

Bookings are made through our website and are confirmed once payment (where applicable) has been received. Please arrive with a valid form of ID for verification at reception.

Cancellations & rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact us at manish@ishrpeople.com or +91 91755 36918 as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes; refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the plan booked and notice given.

Use of the space

• Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other members — this is a quiet, focused workspace.
• Meeting rooms and cabins should be vacated at the end of the booked time slot.
• We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices shown at checkout are final and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to current and future bookings.
