These terms apply when you book a seat, cabin or meeting room at QUIET WORK 101, 101 DNK Square, Airport Road, Viman Nagar, Pune. By making a booking you agree to the terms below.

Bookings

Bookings are made through our website for any available slot between 7:30 AM and 9:30 PM, every day. A booking reserves your seat for the date and time you choose. Please arrive with a valid form of ID for verification at reception.

Cancellation & refund policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact us at manish@ishrpeople.com or +91 91755 36918, quoting the name, date and time on your booking.

• 24 hours or more before your booking starts: cancel free of charge and receive a full refund of any amount paid.
• Less than 24 hours before your booking starts, or no-show: the booking is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: you can move a booking to another available date or time at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly memberships: cancel 24 hours or more before the start date for a full refund. After a membership has started, any refund for the unused period is reviewed case by case.
• If we cancel: if we have to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to credit the amount.

Use of the space

• Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other members — this is a quiet, focused workspace.
• Meeting rooms and cabins should be vacated at the end of the booked time slot.
• We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

Payments

Prices for each plan are shown on the booking page before you confirm. Payment is made at our reception. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to current and future bookings.
